Beiden legateren aan elkaar de vrije bewoning en gebruik van hun woonhuis, met schuur en erf, alsmede het gebruik van het huis met boomgaard daar tegenover, beide respectievelijk staande aan de zuidzijde en de noordzijde van de dijk aan het Moleneinde op het dorp van Portugaal. Van der Wael benoemt de kinderen van wijlen zijn overleden broer Adriaen Andriessen Meerenburgh, en zijn zuster Beatrix Andriesdr, weduwe van Hendrick Willemsz Hoogewerff tot erfgenamen. Jannetgen Willems Hoogwerff benoemt haar zuster Adriana Willems Hoogewerff, weduwe van Pieter Adriaensz Hoogendijck, wonende te Rotterdam, alsmede de kinderen van wijlen haar broer Hendrick Willemsz Hoogewerf tot erfgenamen. Tot voogden over hun minderjarige erfgenamen stellen zij Pieter Jansz Komans en Willem Hendricksz Hoogewerff, hun neef en aanbehuwd neef, beiden wonende te Portugael.
