Graf Heinrich erwarb sich mit seiner Gemahlin Geba Verdienste um die weitere Ausstattung des Klosters Komburg, erhielt die Vogtei des Bistums Würzburg und gründete selbst 1108 mit dem bereits erwähnten Mainzer Bürger Wignand und dessen Gemahlin Adelheid das Benediktinerkloster Klein-Komburg zum heiligen Ägidius.
