Raadsheer (30 mei 1480-17 juli 1492) bij het Hof van Holland; échanson van het hof van Filips de Goede (1438, 1445, 1449, 1452); baljuw van Amstelland, Waterland en Zeevang (1477- >1484).
Hij was schutter in 1485 en 1487. De heren van Zevenbergen (en vermoedelijk ook Arend) begunstigden de Sint-Jacobskerk met glaswerk.
Hij was een Kabeljauw.
