domicilié de fait à Angleur, avant à Seraing et de droit à Ougrée, mineur, fils légitime de PRAETS Pierre Denis Joseph, houilleur, âgé de 54 ans, domicilié à Ougrée, ici présent et consentant et de CAELEN Gérardine Rosalie, décédée en cette commune d'Angleur le 12 mai 1877 ainsi qu'il conste de l'extrait de son acte de décès nous remis.

domiciliée à Angleur, mineure, fille légitime de JACOBS Gérard, ouvrier d'usine pensionné, âgé de 64 ans, et de MOEST Marie Thérèse, ménagère, âgée de 62 ans, tous deux domiciliés à Angleur, ici présents et consentants.
Lesquels nous ont requis de procéder à la célébration du mariage projeté entre eux et dont la publication a été faite tant en cette commune d'Angleur qu'en celles d'Ougrée et de Seraing sur Meuse, la première le dimanche 19 et la seconde le dimanche 21 avril 1891, en suivant les formes prescrites par la loi.
Le futur époux étant âgé de moins de vingt-huit ans, a fourni la preuve qu'il a satisfait à ses obligations militaires en Belgique par la production d'un certificat ci-annexé.
Aucune opposition au dit mariage ne nous ayant été signifiée faisant droit à leur réquisition, après avoir donné lecture des actes fournis par les parties contractantes et du chapitre six, titre cinq du Code Civil, intitulé: "DU MARIAGE", nous avons demandé au futur époux et à la future épouse s'ils veulent se prendre pour mari et pour femme; Chacun d'eux ayant répondu séparément et affirmativement, déclarons au nom de la loi que PRAETS Louis Arthur et JACOBS Gérardine Rosalie sont unis par le mariage. Interpellés par nous sur le point de savoir s'il a été fait entre eux des conventions matrimoniales les conjoints ont répondu négativement.
De tout quoi nous avons dressé acte en présence de quatre témoins ci-après désignés:
1/ PRAETS Gérard, âgé de 39 ans, chef mineur, domicilié à Angleur, frère du marié
2/ PRAETS Henri, âgé de 32 ans, mineur, domicilié à Angleur, frère du marié
3/ PRAETS Joseph, âgé de 25 ans, mineur, domicilié à Angleur, frère du marié
4/ ?? François, âgé de 37 ans, mineur, oncle du marié.
