Stichtte omstreeks 1450 voor zichzelf een memorie op een huis en erf te Poortugaal aan de Zwaardijk, onder het huis vanhaar man gelegen (memorie 88). De boerderij wordt aangeduid als Thomashofstad. Opgravingen hebben aangetoond dat deboerderij op de driesprong aan de Kruisdijk rond 1411, na het bedijken van de polder, is gebouwd.
"Memoria parpetua [eeuwige memorie, ter eeuwige nagedachtenis] van Neeltgin Wollebrant Jansdr., de huisvrou van DoenBeyensz. staet op twee ende een half lijne lants [ongeveer 125 vierkante meter], geleegen buyten Zweerdijck onder sijnhuis [het huis van Doen Beijensz] aen den Cruisdijck; dit sal staen op beyde haer kinderen te samen ende t'eynde haerdoot te coemen in den boosum daer't uytgecoemen is [en is dus niet eeuwig]".
