Akte 1.06.1785: Alphen Rech.arch.:EXTRACT: Maria Krook, weduwe van Dirk van Grieken is overleden te Boskoop op 10.03.1784. Erfgenamen zijn Neeltje van Grieken, bejaarde ongehuwde dochter voor de helft, Elisabeth Lieskade, gesepareerde huisvrouw van Cornelis Cockuyt en Klaas de Hoop, beide kinderen van wijlen Maria van Grieken, uit haar huwelijk met Cornelis Lieskade en Jan de Hoop, samen voor de andere helft. Elisabeth Lieskade voornoemd is aanbesteed twee percelen land naast elkaar liggend, samen groot 3 1/2 morgen in 't Rijneveld alhier, strekkend van de Groeneweg deels tot het eigendom der stad Gouda deels tot het volgende, ten westen het volgende, ten oosten .. niet vermeld. Nog 1 1/2 morgen houtland aldaar, strekkend van 't vorige tot de stad Gouda, belend ten oosten het voorgaande, ten westen ...niet vermeld. Het testament van Maria Krook en Dirk van Grieken voor Jan van der Snoek, notaris te Boskoop van 21.10,1758. Klaas de Hoop woonde in de stad Hoorn. Akte 04.05.1785: In deze akte wordt vermeld dat de executeurs van het testament van Maria Krook op 12.01,1785 hebben geveild: een boerenwoning met zomerhuis, schuren, karnmolen, berg en erf. enige percelen land en enttuintje, samen 24 morgen 150 roeden in de Nessepolder. Verder huis en erf en 9 morgen land, en 6 morgen 450 roeden land, en 3 1/2 morgen land, 2 morgen land en 1 morgen 400 roeden, nog 1 morgen 200 roeden waarin 2 enttuintjes. Tenslotte nog 2 morgen. Totaal geveild voor 5710 gld.
