Akte 21 september 1725: Claas Henrikse Krook, zoon van Henrik Pieterse Krook en Diewertje Claas, die in tweede huwelijk getrouwd is geweest met Jan Janse Nieuwenhuijsen, verkoopt aan Quirin Maartense Krook de volgende goederen: een huis en erf, mede akkers en water in de Achterdijkse polder, verongeld voor 157 1/2 roeden, belend ten oosten Jan Janse Boot, ten zuiden de landscheiding, ten westen de koper en ten noorden de Nieuwveense dijk; nog een akker, belend ten oosten en zuiden het ambacht, ten westen Jan Reuriks en ten noorden Pieter Jansz van Zwieten; nog in de Westerpolder een akker belend ten oosten en zuiden de weduwe van schout Barend Kreger, ten westen de weduwe van Laurens van Veen en ten noorden Jan Janse Bongenaar en twee akkers belend ten oosten, zuiden en noorden de voornoemde schoutinne weduwe en ten westen Jan Maartense Krook. De goederen zijn geërfd van zijn ouders en door Jan Janse Nieuwenhuijsen afgewezen en de verkoper aanbedeeld.
