De transportregisters van Alkmaar melden op 20 juli 1667 dat Gijsbert Jacobsz. Croock van de Sierksma’s (di. de erven van Fonger en Sierk) een
deel verwerft in het huis aan de Oude Bierkade, door eerstgenoemde zowel als door haar zuster Aaltsje bewoond geweest.
Jacob koopt 30.04.1622 een huis en erf ZZ Dronkenoort hoek Kapelsteeg OZ van de Erven van Quirijn Claeszn voor f 3728,00. Hij verkoopt dit 05-07-1634 weer aan Cornelis Harksz voor f 4100,00. Blok 76-n. Jacob koopt een huis en erf ZZ Dronkenoort hoek Kapelsteeg OZ de 30-04-1622 voor f 3728,00
