- 31-12-1739 komt Maria Krook voor de burgemeesters in hun vergadering en verklaart dat haar overleden "mottje"Neesjen van Nes niet meer goederen heeft nagelaten dan al opgegeven was aan de secretarie van de colleterale successie. Bron GA Weesp inv.nr D 17 bladz 265.
- 1747-1748. Aan de Herengracht te Weesp woont Maria Crook met haar dienstbode Kaatje Lok.
- 24-06-1760. Aantekening van een geschil tussen (metselaar) Willem Stork contra Jacob Vermolen en Maria Krook, als eigenaren van de herberg De Oude Roskam, vanwege geleverd materiaal en arbeidsloom. Zij zijn niet de bewoners van de herberg, dat is Jacob Brouwer. Er bij vermekd: "voldaan". Br. GA Weesp inv nr E 41 blz 37.
- Maria is de eigenaar van "ëen klein stukje lands"aan de buirenrand van de stad ïn de "fortificatie", dit was gebied van de vestingwerken. Br. GA Weesp inv.nr D 19 bladz 152v.
- 13 october 1772 is getaxeerd het huis en erf aan de Herengracht nagelaten door Maria Krook die zonder nakomelingen in Weesp is overleden, de waarde van het huis is 1200 gld.
