Akte 18-08-1772: Debora Krook, weduwe en boedelhoudster van Jan van Leeuwen, volgens testament d.d. 26-05-1770 voor notaris Cornelis Bosch te Nieuwveen, verkoopt aan Barend Wiesman, Jan van Zeijl, Jan Peron, en Jacob de Man een huis en erf in het Oosteinde in de Achterdijkse polder, verongeld het huis nr. 126 voor 13 stuivers, het erf voor 330 roeden, belend ten oosten de diaconiearmen, ten zuiden de Poel, ten westen Pieter van den Berg en ten noorden de Hereweg. Nog belast met een jaarlijkse rente van 4 gulden 5 stuivers aan de Grotehuisarmen van Nieuwveen. De kopers "profiteren" een stuiverbrief van 27 gulden 13 stuivers, met 2 1/2 procent rente per jaar. Laatste opdrachtbrief d.d. 05-02-1765. Koopsom 60 gulden.
