In april 1797 vond een magescheid plaats, waarbij de Middelste Molen naar Hendrik van Delden ging en Lammert van Delden de Achterste Molen kreeg, mits uitkerende aan zijn broer Cornelis 1300 gld; hij moest ook de helft van de lening van 2200 gld tot zijn last nemen.
