Overleden zonder kinderen.
1781 Aug 6 Verkoop uit de nalatenschap van Barend Blijdenstein en Elisabeth Catharina Nieuwenhuis. Huis, annex pakhuis, hof en where naast de posthouder J.G. v.d. Schild verkocht aan J. Stroink x Gezina Grijp. Dit huis (·Äúdie Kroone·Äù) was gelegen in de Langestraat (Enschede) ter plaatse waar zich thans (1926) de R.K. pastorie bevindt.
