    Albertus is de zoon van Wilke Johannes Cornelis Eisses en Gerhardiena Imelia Eisses Brongers. Albertus is de jongste van het gezin en hij heeft nog een broer en een zus. Het gezin groeit op in Groningen en komt vanuit Tandjong (Oost-Indië) op 11 mei 1928 naar Den Haag waar ze gaan wonen in de 2e Emmastraat 189. Nog geen twee weken later verhuist zijn grootmoeder Imelia Brongers Dommering (van moeder van Gerhardiena) van de Theresiastraat 39 ook naar de 2e Emmastraat 189. Albertus gaat bij op de grote vaart en vertrekt op 7 september 1938 naar Singapore maar zal voor het begin van de oorlog terugkeren bij zijn ouders en grootmoeder. Albertus blijft ongehuwd en op 3 maart 1945 is zijn lichaam overgebracht naar Voorburg waar hij geïdentificeerd is door zijn zus Carolina Imelia Wilhelmina Boomsma Eisses en zijn zwager Joannes Boomsma.
