B109 (kad 164) Huis, erf en tuin Hogerstraat
In 1637 had dit huis twee schoorstenen, wat vrij uitzonderlijk was. in de 17e eeuw lag er een boomgaard achter het huis, later is er sprake van een tuin.
Met de beide buurhuizen had dit huis een gemeenschappelijke rijding naar de weg die achter langs de tuinen van deze huizen liep. Rond 1800 was deze uitrit afgesloten met een draaipoort, die gezamenlijk werd onderhouden.
1728 - Binnen een jaar verkocht Maarten Jans Bakker dit huis voor f 600,- aan de nieuwe eigenaar Cornelis Meijerts Boon. Hij was schapenboer en kaagschipper en vervulde vele nevenfuncties, zoals schepen, kerkmeester en ontvanger van de verpondingen. In 1725 was hij getrouwd met Martje Jacobs Rebel. In 1734 hertrouwde hij met Lijsbet Hndriks Luijtse. Cornelis Meijerts Boon overleed op 01-07-1778. Dit huis werd toen getaxeerd op maar liefst
f 1750,-, maar hij bezat ook een boerderij in Walenburg, waar bijna 150 lammeren en schapen werden gehouden en een huis in de Binnenburg (B14).
De boedelinventaris vermeldde ook 39 schilderijen, het nodige porselein, Engels geld en andere vreemde valuta. Op de zolder van één van de huizen stonden een papegaaienkooi, twee vogelkooien en een hondenhok.
Zijn weduwe overleed op 13-09-1790.
De huismanswoning in Walenburg was op dat moment voor f 170,- per jaar aan Cornelis Pieters Koorn verhuurd.

Dit huis had twee schoorstenen.
Het grensde aan de zuidzijde aan de Burggracht.
Na het overlijden van beide ouders werd het huis als prelegaat aan hun dochter Lijsbet toegewezen.
Zijn erfgenamen verkochten deze woning voor f 475, -. De koper was Lammert Paulus Kikkert.
