B109 (kad 164) Huis, erf en tuin Hogerstraat
In 1637 had dit huis twee schoorstenen, wat vrij uitzonderlijk was. in de 17e eeuw lag er een boomgaard achter het huis, later is er sprake van een tuin.
Met de beide buurhuizen had dit huis een gemeenschappelijke rijding naar de weg die achter langs de tuinen van deze huizen liep. Rond 1800 was deze uitrit afgesloten met een draaipoort, die gezamenlijk werd onderhouden.
- 1804 Zoon Hendrik Cornelis Boon erfde het huis van zijn moeder op voorwaarde dat hij f 1000,- in de boedel inbracht. Dit was in haar testament bepaald, waarschijnlijk omdat zij op haar oude dag bij hem inwoonde. Overigens betaalde ze hem daar f 2,- per week voor.
Hij was schilder van beroep.
Zijn eerste vrouw was Grietje Maartens Zuijdewind. Hij hetrouwde met Antje Pieters Kikkert.
