Notes about Cornelis Simonsz Koger

De achternaam van Cornelis werd altijd met één o geschreven. Dat gebeurde bij zijn trouwen en bij de doop van zijn kinderen, maar ook in ambtelijke stukken. Zijn nakomelingen bleven Koger heten.

In het protocol van hypotheken komt een akte voor, waarin stond dat Cornelis een lening van 300 gulden had gesloten. Dit stuk was van 22 juni 1779. Als onderpand gaf hij een huis en erf in de Warmoesstraat in Den Burg.
Een week na de dood van Cornelis moest de voogdij voor de kinderen geregeld worden. Dat staat op 7 november 1781 in een boek over weeszaken. De voogden werden Albert Brouwer en Reijer Lakeman.

Het is niet helemaal zeker of dit huis nummer B239 had. Het had bescheiden afmetingen en werd ook wel een kamer genoemd.
1765 - 1769 Cornelis Simons Koger was eigenaar. Hij trouwe in 1764 met Dirkje [= Dieuwertje]. In 1772 werd Dirkje Maartens zijn tweede vrouw.
Hij deed het huis voor f 160,- over aan Frans Frederik Naonaventuur.

B200? Huis en erf Weverstraat
Dit meest noordelijke huis bouwde Pieter Cornelis Kistemaker als laatste, omstreeks 1656. Het is enkele jaren voor de invoering van het kadaster gesloopt.
1772 - 1772 Cornelis Simons Koger betaalde er f 203,- voor.

B305 (kad 126) Huis en erf Warmoesstraat
Dit huis was belast met één lopen abtsjoren, 7 duit (bijna 1 stuiver) mijtgeld en één stuiver erfpacht voor de buurheren.
1778 - 1782 Cornelis Simons Koger bezat het huis tot zijn dood. Zijn eerste vrouw was Dirkje Maartens. In 1772 hertrouwde hij met Dirkje Maartens. De voogden over zijn minderjarige kinderen verkochten het huis voor f 500,- aan Cornelis Kalis.
