Dit huis werd in de 17e eeuw geen enkele keer verkocht, aangezien het voortdurend in de handen was van de katholieke fsmilie Kopjes.
1783-1796 Ook Teunis Jacobs Kopjes was uiteraard familie van de vorige eigenaars; hij was namelijk een neef van Antje Pieters Kipjes. Toch is hier geen sprake van een erfenis, maar van een gewoon transport van dit huis en een stukje grond van 205 roeden voor f 1265,-. Teunis was getrouwd met Jannetje Hendriks Sprong.

B52 (kad E149b) Boerenhuis, erf (vijf roeden) en tuin Molenstraat
Dit huis werd waarschijnlijk tussen 1755 en 1777 gebouwd op de plaats van B51b en B51/c.
1777-1796 De nieuwe eigenaar Teunis Jacobs Kopjes moest f 2500,- neertellenvoor het huis. Jannetje Hendriks Sprong was zijn vrouw.
