Arien Lammertsz Bruijn, oud 66 jaaren, Hendrik Reijertsz Kleun, oud 45 jaaren, en Klaas Reijertsz Kleun, oud 43 jaaren Alle woonagtig aan de Koog op Texel ten versoeken van de Scheepen en verdere Regenten van de Koog en Everstekoog op desen Eijlande, hoe waar en waaragtig is. En eerst verklaarde de deposanten gesamentlijk, dat de Wed leggende tusschen de beijde Landen van Pieter Pietersz Visser in de Polder van de Koog, het eene genaamt Mulderskoog groot 300 roeden, en het andere genaamt Jan Hendriks Tuijn groot 200 roeden, voor soo verre haar getuige strekt tot der tijd toe dat gen: Pieter Visser deselve afgeslooten heeft, voor alle en een ieder een vrije en onbelemmerde Weg en passagie is geweest met wagen en paarden als andersints ja selfs dat genoemde Weg met twee Tuijnen is afgeheijnt geweest, dog die nu beijde reets vervallen en weggedolven zijn.
De twee laatste deposanten verklaarden afzonderlijk, dat haar nog seer wel bewust is dat hun Vader Reijer Kleun, welke beijde de Landen bovengenoemt in eijgendom hebben toebehoort, van Regenten of iemand anders (welke zij niet precise wisten te bepalen over veele jaaren) , d Vreijheijt bekomen heeft, om de voorsz: Weg met jooten te mogen afsluijten, egter sodanig dat een ieder deselve als voorheen vreijelijk konden gebruijken t welke dan ook geschiet is.
Waar mede dese eijndigende gevende van t gedeposeerde voor redenen van wetenschap als zijnde alle aan de Koog gebooren en opgevoet en nog heden woonagtig, voorts als in den Text, met presentatie dese desnoods en versogt zijnde met Eede solemneel nader te bevestigen.-
Aldus gepasseert aan den Burg op Texel present Pieter Schepers en Maarten Dijkker als getuijgen.
