In 1719 werd bij de eigendomsovergangen van dit huis een kamer vermeld. Deze is waarschijnlijk kort na dat jaar gesloopt. Bij de invoering van het kadaster waren er twee huisjes, die elk een kadastraal nummer kregen. Uit de Napoleontische nummering blijkt dat er in 1800 slechts één pand stond. Tussen 1800 en 1832 is er dus op deze plaats gebouwd.
- 1797 Dit huis werd geërfd door Geertje Wouters, die in 1783 trouwde met Lammert Paulus Kikkert. Ze verkocht het voor f 187,-.
