B116 (kad 160) Huis en erf Kogerstraat
Tussen dit huis en het huis B115 (kad 159) lag een steeg. Vanaf 1670 hoorde bij dit huis een schuur, die aan de noordzijde van het huis stond. In 1772 werd de schuur los verkocht.
1761 - 1765 Zoon Jan Lodewijks Vermeulen kocht het huis voor f 313,- van de gezamenlijke erfgenamen van zijn vader. Overigens had Lodewijk Vermeulen twee zoons die de naam Jan droegen.
