Aan het begin van de 19e eeuw werd de plaats van dit huis enkele keren aangeduid met 'op het boltje'. In 1810 stond het huis op instorten en is het gesloopt.
- 1771 Dochter Jantje Klaas Decker erfde het huis van haar vader. Haar man Jan Jacobs Verberne was boer.
Na de dood van haar man verkochten Jantje en haar kinderen de boerderij met 120 roeden land voor f 1200,- aan Bouwen Cornelis Bakker.
