1715 - De koopvrouw Naartje Claes Dekker kocht het huis voor f 612,-. Ze was getrouwd met Gerrit Sijmens Smit. Het is nogal opmerkelijk dat zij zelfstandig een huis kocht, hoewel haar man op dat moment nog leefde.
In 1724 hertrouwde Maartje met Jacob Jans Groot, kaagscipper en winkelier.
Hun zoon Jan Jacobs Groot erfde het huis.

- 1722 De buurvrouw Maertje Claes Dekker kwam op de een of andere manier ook in het bezit vsn dit huis. Zij verkocht het voor f 280,-.
