Woonde eerst in de Assenstraat E 4088, had dit pand op 26-10-1857 aangekocht van Mevr. de wed. Wouter Willem Hooreman welke laatste in de Assenstraat Huis nr 1472 op 1-07-1846 was overleden. Op of nabij dit huis was waarschijnlijk de fabriek van Hubers en Co.welke volgens het briefpapier in 1862 in werking was en toen reeds medailles kreeg op tentoonstellingen.
