Haar laatste kind heeft zij gebaard in 1791. Biologisch gezien was zij toen maximaal 45 jaar. Zij is dan geboren tussen 1745 en 1755, ervan uitgaande dat zij bij haar 1e huwelijk in 1776 meerderjarig was. Bij dit huwelijk woonde zij al minstens één jaar in Uitgeest, anders had zij uit haar vorige woonplaats een betoog moeten verkrijgen (huwelijkse proclamaties).
In de DTB van Uitgeest, Heemskerk, Assendelft, Krommeniedijk, Limmen en Castricum geen aankopingspunten kunnen vinden van Neeltje Crelis Ruijs in combinatie met een mogelijke zus genaamd Jannitje.
In 1779 was haar vader mogelijk doopgetuige. Van een Cornelis Ruijs geen doodinschrijving kunnen vinden na 1779.
