Michael his wife and four children left Eggiwil with the other Anabaptist refugees in Oct 1671. They first went to Oelitshorsch, Germany. By Jan. 1, 1672 he was living at Ibersheim with his family and his father. At that time he was called Michael Shank's "obedient son".
We have records of Michael and his family being recorded in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The records are from the "Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Mennonite Vital Records, 1750-2014.
All Family Trees on Ancestry have Michael dying in Germany in 1707. As he has been recorded as being in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, I think he must have died there.
