b1 Jan Albert Laubscher [sy pa word aangegee as Klaes Louwbster][vgl transkripsie: http://www.eggsa.org/sarecords/index.php/church-registers/cape-town-ngk-1665-to-1695/56-cape-town-baptisms-1686] [die dominee van Stellenbosch het die van gespel: Lobsser en Loubsser by die doop van sy kinders, ≈ 1686-09-29 te Kaapse kerk, † 1719 (oud 33, vooroorly sy ouers) op Nooitgedacht, Bottelary Stellenbosch. Hy het blykbaar later sy naam verander na Johannes Albertus. Hy was lid van die Heemraad van Stellenbosch. Volgens dr Ockert Malan is hy kort nadat hy Nooitgedacht gekoop het, oorlede en moontlik in die kerkhof by die eerste kerkie aan kerkstraat in Stellenbosch (ongeveer waar die Oude Werf tans is), begrawe. Die inventaris van sy boedel, gedateer 1720-03-16, bestaan o.a. uit: die plaas Nooitgedacht, waarde 9000 gulde; en die plaas De Fontuijn aan die Hottentots Holland Kloof, waarde 1100 gulde.

Hy trou op 1714-10-18 te Stellenbosch [vgl: https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.3.1/TH-266-12344-97553-91?cc=1478678&wc=11570174], toe hy 28 jaar oud en sy 21 jaar was, met Sibella Pasman (b3), ≈ 1693-08-09, † 1778-03-31 vgl: https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.3.1/TH-267-11568-14535-94?cc=1478678&wc=MMLQ-W5J:575816215] op Nooitgedacht, Bottelary of Stellenbosch. Sy lê belydenis van geloof af te Stellenbosch op 1714-04-13. [vgl https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.3.1/TH-267-12161-27210-2?cc=1392488&wc=MMVJ-WPT:n1483659341] Sy is in die kerkhof by die Stellenboschse moederkerk begrawe. [vgl inligting hierna by: http://www.heemkring.org.za/Kerkgrafte.htm]Volgens dr Ockert Malan – ‘Sibilla Pasman “laatst Wed. van Jacob Cloete is opgeteken in die “Doderegister”, oorlede op 31 Maart 1778 op Stellenbosch en begrawe op 3 April 1778 “in die kerk”. Ongelukkig is daar geen rekord van die posisies van die grafte in die destydse kerk (deel van die huidige moederkerk) nie. D/v Rudolph Pasman, van Mörs of Meurs, in die Rynprovinsie of Rhineland, Duitsland en Sophia (Schalcks) van der Merwe (Fytje Schalk) (b1) van Rustenberg, Stellenbosch.

Vier kinders is uit die huwelik gebore met 38 kleinkinders.

Sy xx op 1722-07-19 te Stellenbosch [vgl: https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.3.1/TH-266-12344-98020-15?cc=1478678&wc=11570174, met Jacob(us) (Coenraad) Cloete (b4/c2), * 1699, ≈ 1699-06-14, by wie sy drie kinders gehad het. Hy sterf in 1756 op Nooitgedacht, ouderdom 57.
Haar testament, gedateer 1777-05-10, 7/25 no 8 en 54, het bepaal dat hulle seun, Hendrik Cloete (b4/c2/d2), [vgl: https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.3.1/TH-267-12336-20703-69?cc=1478678&wc=11570158] die plaas Nooitgedacht erf en hulle skoonseun, Petrus Michiel Eksteen (b12), die los goed en 'n huis in Kaapstad. Na bewering hang daar 'n skildery van haar in Groot Constantia. Dit is ook moontlik sy wat 'n brand-geskilderde ruit as "de weduwee Lopsten" aan die Moederkerk van Stellenbosch geskenk het
