      (Note from pg.) "In 1850 William Younger Duckworth was head of a family in Smith Co. Ms. and his father was in adjoining Jones Co. They moved in 1851 to Ashley Co. Ak. Were the elder Duckworth died in 1858, Leaving a will. Many of the Family are Buried in the Old Duckworth Cemt, 2 miles south of Egypt Church in Mill Creek Township in Ashley Co. Ak. sig. Malcolm E. Gardner 1964" (ref. Vol XII pg 24, Cemt. and Bible Records.
