On March 29, 1670, married Mary Sperry, daughter of my ancestors, RICHARD & DENNES SPERRY.ears old when his father died and his mother remarried Mr. Low. He chose ROGER ALLING as his guardian and inherited part of his father's estate when he came of age. On February 7, 1667/8 Benjamin was assigned the fifth seat in the gallery of the meeting house. In the division of land on the western side of town, Benjamin Peck drew 33 3/4 acres. On January 31, 1680/1, the town voted to grant Nathaniel Sperry & Benjamin Peck a parcell of boggy meadow in the north side of RICHARD SPERRY on West Rock. Benjamin Peck was listed as a proprietor of New Haven in 1685. He left an estate of 233 pounds.AFN:LDG1-9K
