He chose ROGER ALLING as his guardian and inherited part of his father's estate when he came of age. On February 7, 1667/8 Benjamin was assigned the fifth seat in the gallery of the meeting house. In the division of land on the western side of town, Benjamin Peck drew 33 3/4 acres. On January 31, 1680/1, the town voted to grant Nathaniel Sperry & Benjamin Peck a parcell of boggy meadow in the north side of RICHARD SPERRY on West Rock.
