"EZBOND CORBIN (Clement, Clement, Clement, James, Clement), b. June 11, 1800, at Charlestown, N. H.; m. Lucretia Howe of Springfield, Vt (b.1804). She d. April 8, 1845. He m., 2d, Mrs. Roxana Carlton, widow of Lewis Carlton, who d. in 1836, and whose father was with Gen. Washington. Ezbond CORBIN d. Dec 22, 1876, at Union City, Mich. All the children were born at Charlestown, N. H., where the family resided until about 1849,when Mary went to Union City. Her twin sister soon followed, and as Union City seemed like a goodly heritage, the rest of the family all colonized there, and most of them live there to the present time."
