#127 MARTHA CORBIN (Joseph, John, Jabez, Clement), "b. Oct. 20, 1779, at Williamstown, Mass.; m. Benjamin Moore, who was b. Nov. 12, 1772; he studied medicine and was the first physician that settled at Champlain, N.Y. His house was the firs brick dwelling erected in the village. He left a valuable estate. Martha C. Moore d. at Champlain Dec. 9, 1831. See "Andrew Moore and his Descendants", 1903, for fuller records."
