"LUCY RHOBY CORBIN (Healy, Philip, Lemuel, Philip, James, Clement), b. April 2, 1818; m. Philip Foster Gage of Woodstock, son of Rev. Leonard Gage, Aug. 31, 1853, at Union; he d. at Woodstock, Oct. 19, 1857. She . 2d, Eleazar Byron Foster of Union, Sept. 14, 1862; he was b. May 24, 18124, the son of William and Keziah (Mason) foster of Union. He was a sergeant in Co. G, 22d Reg. Conn. Vols., and d. of fever at Trinity Church Hospital in Washington, D.C., Nov. 14, 1862. She made her home for the remainder of her life at Brimfield, Mass., where she d. March 9, 1897, and was buried at Union, Conn. She was an excellent woman, always ready to help those in need."
