Herren von Althaus geschloßenen Heur-Contract, wegen[?] das zum hauße behl gehorige hauß und pertinentien einlaßen alßo und dergestalten daß
Zweytens sein Sohn Gerdt Henrich Kroger ihm Johan Kroger und seine fraw Tibe in Kost und Kleider zu Kercken und zu wercken unterhalten auch jahrlichs funff Rthler zum hauptfehr hergeben solle und wolle auch imfall
Drittens Johan Kroger und seine fraw mit ihren sohn Gerdt Henrich sich nicht comportiren konten, so solten nichtallein an Cedenten Johan und Tibe Kroger ihr jetz cedirte guter aigenthumblich anheimfallen, sonderen es solten auch die miethe mit dem Herren von Althaus fur cedenten ferner continuiren.
Viertens verspricht Gerdt Schlinck seine tochter Engel zum brautschatz 200 schreibe zwey hundert schlichte Thaler eine Kistenfullinge eine Kuhe, ein jung beest, zwey Korb-Imme, und ein schwein mitzugeben.
Fünfftens im fall brauts oder brautigamb ohne leibs Erben versterben mögte, so ist verabrehdet, daß der überlebende aus des Verstorbenen guter 50 - schreibe fünffzig Rthler salva tamen ulteriori inter conjuges dispositione genießen solle.
