    De plechtige uitvaartdienst, waartoe u vriendelijk wordt uitgenodigd, zal plaatshebben in de dekenale kerk, Dr. Haubenlaan, te Maasmechelen op zaterdag 30 augustus 2008 om 10.30 uur, gevolgd door de bijzetting in de familiegrafkelder op de begraafplaats aldaar. Bijeenkomst, met gelegenheid tot condoleren, in het uitvaartcentrum Leenders, Dr. Haubenlaan 61, Maasmechelen vanaf 10 uur. Gebed voor de overledene in genoemde kerk, vrijdag om 19 uur. Begroeting en rouwbeklag in het uitvaartcentrum, vrijdag van 19.30 tot 20.30 uur.
