Notes about Phoebe FRANTZ

In Vol. II of Early Clark County Families, p. 47, Jess W. Monteith lists her birthdate as 11 April 1816. This is inconsistent with census records and tombstone inscription. (See notes for Joel Ohmart). Listed on page 74 of the Michael Zug record. He gives her birthdate as 19 April 1819.
