Zacharias Buitenkant lived together with a washerwoman in Rotterdam. They had nine children. The children took the surname of their mother. Zacharias Barend Buitenkant was transported to Auschwitz from the Israelitisch Oudeliedengesticht in Rotterdam. He died on the train to the extermination camp.

Zacharias Buitenkant woonde samen met een wasvrouw in Rotterdam. Zij kregen samen negen kinderen. De kinderen kregen de naam van hun moeder.
