ELEAZER LARRABEE was very likely the son of Willet and Dorothy (Clark) (Preston) Larrabee. He was probably born in Preston, CT about 1735. He was an officer in the French and Indian War in 1756. He married first about 1755 to Mary Lamb, daughter of David Lamb and on 14 May, 1761 he married second to SARAH HALL at West Greenwich, RI. Sarah was a daughter of George and Sarah (Dill) Hall. Eleazer and Sarah moved with their family to the area of northwestern Massachusetts, southwestern Vermont and eastern New York. It is unknown when and where his wife died, but Eleazer probably died around 1800 in Williamstown, MA, at the home of his son Artemus who had agreed to take care of him.
