Notitie bij Jenneken: In het register van de 1.000e penning van 1751 wordt de wed. Derk Harmsen geschat op een vermogen van 400 gulden.

Op 28 mei 1751 verklaart Jenneken Berens Berkhoff, wed. van Derk Harms en geassisteerd met [haar vader] Berent Jansen Berkhoff, verkocht te hebben een stukje bouwland aan Berent Henriks. Het stukje land is belast met pastoriekoren, kosterskoren, jufferenhaver, haver voor Huize Almelo, armenjagerskoren en de boterpacht! Ook wordt dezelfde dag nog een stuk bouwland verkocht aan Jannes Jansen Pleij.
