Notes about Antje Aukes

Bij die gelegenheid noemde de weduwe zich Antje Heynema. Half juni, dus een paar weken na deze overdracht, ondertrouwde zij met de predikant te Ameland, doch nog eens vier weken later maakte zij als Antje Aukes weduwe van Bouwe Rijpama een testament van zeer beperkte inhoud. Het diende uitsluitend om haar lijfstoebehoren en goud, zilver en kleinodiën te legateren aan Antje Rijpema, de (oudste) dochter van haar zoon Duirt Rijpema bij Jantjen Sipkes, zonder dat deze daartegen enige doodskosten zou hebben te voldoen. Zou beppe naamziek zijn geweest?
Met haar tweede echtgenoot is Antje naar Ameland vertrokken; zij werd op 3 augustus 1759 met attestatie van Groningen in Ballum ingeschreven. Ook deze echtgenoot stierf eerder dan zijn vrouw; na een vijftigjarig predikantschap op Ameland werd hij emeritus verklaard met behoud van zijn volle traktement, doch stierf vrijwel direct daarna. Op 31 mei 1774 verzorgde Auke Rijpema namens zijn moeder Antje Aukes, weduwe Cuperus (dan erfgename van wijlen Sybren Aukes en Aafke Jans) de verkoop van kamers te noorden aan het Hoendiep buiten de A-poort."
