De fam. Bosch laat een nieuwe boerderij bouwen aan de Meester Werkmanstraat F 10 a. Zij gaan daar in 1938 wonen. De boerderij aan de Hallerweg wordt verkocht aan de fam. Kamphuis [later Weteringe] uit Gramsbergen.
