Nadat hier jarenlang de smederij van Bosch was gevestigd werd de zaak later uitgebreid tot de Machinefabriek Bosch (Fabo) die hier o.a. aardappelstomers constueerde. Nog later ging dit bedrijf over naar de Fa. Zweegers. Anno 1994 kwamen hier particuliere woningen.
