Veronica kwam in 1908 in het gevang om er op 9 november 1908 weer ontslagen te worden, vervolgens weer in het gevang tot 26 februari 1910. in 1912 weer gevangen genomen om er op 15 september 1913 weer ontslagen te worden. ten slotte  kwam zij nog een keer in 1914 in het gevang om 2 januari 1915 weer ontslagen te worden. Alle keren ging het om diefstal. 

ap van de familie en ik kan mij nog goed herinneren dat mijn vader Louis-Jean er niet aan herinnerd wenste te worden.
