      In 1721 wordt Willem Reinders eigenaar van de twee Hattemse molens (Archief Cannenburg, een niet nader aangegeven bron). Voorts was hij gebruiker van de Hallemolen, later het Kraaiennest, te Vaassen. Hij verkocht deze molen, samen met zijn vrouw Engeltje Berends, op 26-4-1724 aan de heer van Cannenburg. Bij de verkoop noemden zij als hun ouders, resp. schoonouders, Jannes Pannekoek en Maria Abrahams, van wie zij het erfgoed 1/5 deel ontvangen hadden.
      Op 10-7-1719 wordt hij met Berent Abrahams Broekhuyzen en Geurt Willemsen Pannekoek genoemd als bezitter van een stuk zaailand, geheten Den Hoogen Caep en gelegen in het ambt Doornspijk. In 1721 tekent Willem Pannekoek samen met andere papiermakers van de Veluwe het Request aan de Staten van Gelre en het Graafschap Zutfen.

trouwt zijn nichtje met huwelijksdispensatie. Het register huwelijksdispensatie in Gelderland 1700-1725, door R. Wartena vermeldt: 26-11-1720 Willem Pannekoek en Engeltje Berens Broekhuysen, wed. van Jan Goeys, zijn moeders broeders dochter.
In de zomer van 1726 kwam het echtpaar met attestatie van Elburg naar Hatten. Willem Reinders werkte kennelijk op verschillende molens.
