nto the armed forces [World War I] and arrived in Scofield, Utah, sometime before 1926 where he built his first station/garage and their first house; he built a second Filling Station/Garage across the street from his home in Fairview and owned a 1952 Ford sedan and a Ford Galaxie [Fairview].  I met his friend Kirby - who used to drive a horse driven hay wagon and his neighbor Mr. Burnside.
