I bequest my property as follows to Mary PRING wife to William PRING of Dry Hill in the parish of Sundridge in the County of Kent ten pounds sterling money to John CRONK son of Sarah CRONK my daughter my watch chain and seals to John CRONK and William CRONK sons to my daughter Sarah CRONK my wardrobe that is to say my clothes and etc all my household ffurniture to Sarah CRONK my daughter the rest of my property to be divided between my four daughters as follows ANN RUSSELL wife to WILLIAM RUSSELL in the parish of Brasted in the County of Kent Elizabeth WADMORE wife to William WADMORE of Wardour Street, Soho, London Charlotte JARRETT wife to James JARRETT in the parish of Brasted in the County of Kent Sarah CRONK in the parish of Brasted in the County of Kent

This is my last Will and Testament November 30 in the year of our Lord 1826 - John Cronk SS - signed and sealed in presence of Witnesses - Thos Collett & Rich´d West I appoint Richard Scot of Carnaby Street London Rag Merchant James Cronk of Beckenham in the County of Kent Publican to be my executors In the Prerogative Court of Canterbury In the Goods of John Cronk deceased Appeared Personally Thomas Collett of No 4 Clements Inn in the County of Midlesex Gentleman and William Winwood of No 7 Milford Lane Strand in the same County and made oath that they knew and were well acquainted with John Cronk late of Brasted in the County of Kent and a depositor in the Provident Institution for Savings in Leicester Place Leicester Square in the County of Middlesex deceased and also with his manner and character of handwriting and subscription have frequently seen him write and write and subscribe his name and having now with and attention viewed and observed the paper writing hereunto and purporting to be and contain a codicil to the last Will and Testament of the said deceased and which said codicil is written at the foot or bottom of the said Will and is in the words following to wit ``I appoint Richard Scot [Sloat] of Carnaby Street London Rag Merchant James Cronk of Beckenham in the County of Kent Publican to be my Executors `` they the .....do say they verily and in their .....believe the whole body... and contents of the said writen Codicil to be all of the proper handwriting of the said John Cronk the said Testator - Thomas Collett - William Winwood - On Wednesday the twenty fifth day of September 1834 the said Thomas Collett and William Winwood were duly sworn to the truth of the aforegoing Affidavit before Mr C Cooke Surrogate - Pres´t Fred´k Clarkson Not´y Pub. Proved at London with a codicil 25th September 1834 before the Worshipful John Danbury Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the Oath of Richard Sloat [Scot] the surviving Executor named in the Codicil to whom administration was granted having been first sworn duly to administer
