Het oorspronkelijke Huisnummer 1 was van voor 1602 tot haar dood op 29 december 1621 eigendom van haar en haar familie.
In 1621 werd het eigendom van vier zusters: Anna, Susanna, Maria en Igan Jacobs. Later kwam het in bezit van het Begijnhof.
De huidige gevel dateerd van omstreeks 1633. (Archief 740-154).
