Erna Meyer lived on the farm againin Jan/Feb 1991. She lived in Phoenix AZ with Willie the winter of 1992-1993.

"Gary Allen Meyer, son of Henry and Erna (Kromminga) Meyer, was born November 10, 1945, in Buffalo Center, Iowa.
Early in life Gary accepted Christ as his personal Savior and was baptized sever years later. He loved serving his Lord at Community Chapel in Lakota.
Gary married Frances Steen on August 23, 1968. they were blessed with five children: Rick, Brent, Scott, Tami and Tyann.
Gary was happy to serve on the Lakota School Board and enjoyed being a Church Youth Leader and Sunday School Teacher. He also enjoyed the farm and working on old tractors; especially his 'J.D.B.' He enjoyed playing trumpet andparticipating in the Bison Adult Band, all of the North Iowa Chorus and Band concerts, watching the Bison and Lady Bison, the CC-E Lady Mavericks, and the past year becoming a Northwestern Lady Red Raider Rooter! His family, grandsonGarrett and friends were his joy.
Gary passed away Tuesday, February 25, 2003 at the Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa, in Mason City, Iowa.
He is survived by his wife Frances; sons: Rick, Everly, Iowa; Dr. Brent and his wife Dr. Leigh and grandson Garrett David, Galva, Iowa; Scott, Fairmont, Minnesota; daughters: Tami and Tyann, students at Northwestern College, Orange City,Iowa; a brother Willie and his wife Marty of Payson, Arizona; his aunt Anna Meyer of Buffalo Center, Iowa; brother-in-law Marlys Schaefer and her husband Robert of Britt, Iowa, sister-in-law Beverly Heitland and her husband Jeff ofBuffalo Center; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and wonderful friends and neighbors.
Gary is rejoicing in heaven today with his parents Henry and Erna, and parents-in-law Bill and Minnie Steen.
