Welcken volgens hebben Marten Karis en Elisabeth Janssen ehel bij stipulatie in onse handen gedaen dese overgevinge geaccepteert onder beloofte van haeren voornoemden vader tijde sijns levens in allerhande lijfs nootsaeckelijckheyt, in gesondtheyt ende kranckheyt t'onderhouden en versorgen, soo ende gelijck eenen ouden vader toe staet; boven dyen naer sijn afsterven tot haere privative kosten te doen en laeten geschieden een eerlijcke begraeffenisse en uytvaert, waer tegens Marten en Elisabeth ehel alle mobilaire erfenisse sonder eenige recompensatie aen hunne broeders ende susters sullen behouden.
In waerheyts oirconde heeft den overgever ende acceptanten, beneffens ons voornoemde schepenen, eygenhandigh onderteeckent tot Helden den 30e julii 1782.
