Op 18-05-1742 wordt er een kind van Wulfert Jansen in een kerkegraf te Doorn begraven.
Op 06-10-1744 koopt Wulphert Jansen van Ginkel te Darthuizen een hofstede met 40 morgen land van Maria van Nol. (Dorpsgerecht Darthuizen, 514).
Op 20-05-1749 verkoopt Gosen van Blanckesteijn aan Wulfert van Ginkel een hofstede met 10 morgen land te Darthuizen. (Dorpsgerecht Darthuizen, 514).
Jan Woudenberg, Hendrik Woudenberg, Wulphert Jansen van Ginkel x Siementje Woudenberg, en dan nog Jan Woudenberg, Hendrik Woudenberg en Claas van Soest als voogden over Dirk en Fijgjen van Soest, onmondige kinderen van Claas van Soest x Jannigjen Woudenberg, mitsgaders Aaltje Bootsman nagelate dochter van Teuntje Woudenberg x Dirk Bootsman, kinderen en kleinkinderen van Dirk Petersen Woudenberg. Dirk is inmiddels overleden zijn erfgenamen willen boedelscheiding. Jan van Woudenberg krijgt de hele boedel bestaande in een huizinge hofstede berg en schuur genaamd het Roekenest te Leersum, behalve het broek dat aan Hendrik Woudenberg nu toebehoort. Hij keert aan ieder 25 gl uit. (RHC ZOU, arch.nr. 64, inv.nr. 2481; 24- 4-1759).
Op 21-11-1769 voert Willemijntje Lokhorst, hv Dirk Vermeulen een rechtszaak tegen Wulfert van Ginkel. Hij is haar bodenloon verschuldigd. Willemijntje heeft Gerrit Nijkerk laten arresteren. Gerrit heeft gewoond bij Wulfert. (Dorpsgerecht Darthuizen, 514).
