Het bevolkingsregister dat iedere 10 jaar opnieuw de (wisseling van) bewoners van een huis noteert, laat zien wie er in die periode onder register nr. 104 op 't erve Van Langen wonen:
De 78-jarige Hendrik Albert Molkenboer van Langen (1782-1867) en zijn 71-jarige vrouw Aaltjen ten Broeke (1789-1867) worden als eersten genoteerd. Drie zoons zijn op zeer jonge leeftijd overleden, zodat alleen de enige nog levende zoon 't erve Van Langen kan overnemen en dus met zijn gezin op de boerderij woont.

De 27-jarige zoon Roelof Molkenboer van Langen (1833-1866) met zijn 34-jarige vrouw Stiene Bolks (1826-1889) en hun kinderen:
Aaltje Molkenboer van Langen *1857, Hendrik Albert van Langen * 1859, Christina Molkenboer van Langen *1861. Ook woont er de 64-jarige Arend ten Broeke, broer van grootmoeder Aaltje ten Broeke. Hij zal hier als knecht gewoond hebben.
In deze periode worden nog 3 kinderen hier geboren: Everdina Molkenboer van Langen *1862, Arend Coenraad Molkenboer van Langen * 1864 en Roelofphina Johanna van Langen *1866. Roelofphina heeft haar vader nooit gekend. Vader Roelof is een maand voor haar geboorte op 33-jarige leeftijd overleden.

Het jaar daarop overlijden ook opa en oma Hendrik Albert en Aaltjen.
